Best sandwich I ever had! Visited from CA and we dropped here along the way to Minneapolis and the sandwiches are crispy yet melt in your mouth. The staff is also super sweet.
This is the best sandwich shop on the planet and I will fight you about it. The Italian mayo on their sandwiches is something about which epic poems will someday be written. It's a small family place and it's always busy. The same people have worked here for years and the lines are always long for a good reason. They'll get you a hot, delicious, hand made sandwich in a matter of minutes no matter how busy they are. They're only open Weds-Sat so plan accordingly.
A staple in the area. I went back to Stewie's after 15 years and it was even better than I remember. Great lunch spot with amazing hot and cold sandwiches. The service is spectacular and the photos on the wall are storytelling.
